This is an Example of a UUCA application, as well as a tutorial.

Character Back Story (3 paragraphs 5 sentences each minimum): {//make sure your backstory is at least THREE paragraphs and at least FIVE sentences each. The first paragraph should be Pre-War, the second should be Portal Storms / 7 Hour War, and the third paragraph should be Post War.} Joseph Santiago was born in Cadiz, Spain on August 15 1977. In his early years he always dreamed of moving to America and becoming a world famous Astronaut. He did decent in school (besides grade 8 that was a disaster) and kept a high 'B' average throughout his schooling years. By the time he started high school he had changed his passion to becoming an eye doctor. He graduated from high school with almost an A average and went into University to become a business man as he had changed his passion once again. He successfully opened an electronic shop that quickly grew into a bigger business as home computers became to be a popular thing. He ran his shop with his finance who he had met in his business class in Grade 11 (who he had kept in touch with). Eventually Joseph got married to Cassy and honey mooned in FLorida, which was where Joseph had always wanted to go. When they got back home they had 3 children and continued to live their life.
In the year 2003 something horrible happened, the family was downtown for dinner after a successful day at work / wedding anniversary. The Military came in rushing everybody out of the restaurant and into a Military shelter. On the ride to the shelter all Joseph could hear from the back of the Military truck was screaming and large booming from the sky, as well as weired screeches he had never heard before, he and his family were terrified. Years later the Santiago family thought they had settled into their new life, with new alien creatures living on the planet as one with the Humans, but then something even more horrid happened. It started as a news warning but before anyone could do anything total chaos erupted the earth. The Universal Union was invading earth. All the way from Cairo Egypt to New York City, the UU was taking our planet. Before the end Wallace Breen made the surrender for earth and life became horrible.
The Santiago's family was horrid Josephs son and wife were being torn from his arms and sent into different "City's" and they were forced to live without each other. Joseph found that if he followed the rules, life could be rewarding. Simply listening to what an CCA officer told you to do, could end up making your pile of LP get bigger and bigger, meaning he could live in a better house, and get more food. Soon enough, Joseph wanted to make his life more interesting, and see his family again. He knew the only chance of seeing anyone with 'Santiago' in their name was slim to none, unless he became a UUCA officer. Once he was aloud to apply for the UUCA he did. He knew that his adventures were only just beginning, and that he wuld see his family again.

**snow would be heavily falling covering the streets in an even thicker layer of snow. City 68 was still bustling with life, as snow was normal here.
*UUCA.C68.HELIX-04.59178 would be leaning against the hard point, staring at his boots as the snow would land on them and then melt almost instantly. He would then look to the OfC and speak in an upbeat tone "This is so cool! It melts right as it lands on my boots!"
*UUCA.C68.GRID-OfC.34122 gives a heavy sigh, as he is fed up with the 04 after clamping this hard point with him for two hours "You know, that's realllyyy great. Bu tto be honest I could care le-."
**a sniper bullet would come flying from the direction of the cafe and smash into the OfC's mask. This would usually have not much affect as the OfC mask is strong, but it happens to smash right through his eye hole.
*UUCA.C68.GRID-OfC.34122 would fall to the ground clutching his mask and making some gurglung noises
*UUCA.C68.HELIX-04.59178 rushes over putting two hands on his maks "Ugh-.. Oh shit... A bullet to the eye? What the fuck! Uh... Shit!"

*OTA.C68.APEX-OWS.90091 rushes in easily slinging the GRID over his shoulder and walking towards the Med Bay.
UUCA.C68.HELIX-04.59178 says "Yeah! Umm, yeah.. Just take him... and I'll uhhh, go help.. the other guys...

*UUCA.C68.HELIX-04.59178 sits down on the chair furthest to the right awaiting for the DvL to be available to talk to him.
