Steam Name: Ka'bum
Steam ID: STEAM_0:0:48836584
Age (IRL): I am the age of Thirteen, do not judge me by my age, but by my actions.
Time On New Horizons: Two weeks, I believe.
Time On Half Life 2 RP: Three Years.
Past Experience With UUSF: I was once a Synth Crab, wasnt really action-like, but I liked it.
Why Should We Accept You: I believe being a Synthetic Soldier would reveal a small variety to the Combine Forces.
What Do You Think You Will Be Doing In The UUSF: Responding to JW's, A:JW's, and so on and so forth, whenever an OTA is called in, they attack, whenever a higher unit is needed, they call in the Synthetic Soldiers.
Character Back Story (3 paragraphs 5 sentences each minimum): Born from an artificial Womb under the Universal Union, the creature was modified and it's memories were implanted. The Universal Union look for a mass-producable source of soldiers for it's reign, seeing the Human adaptations of it's vision of perfect soldiers, it steadies that image into a more, all-terrain version. During the 7-Hour War, these were common and the simplest units you could see stomping through the barren Urban Cities. To go deeper in the process of how a Synthetic Soldier comes to be, we'd have to observe the Machinery and such. No common man or woman, dares to go into where they are birthed. When they are "Birthed," they are taken to a certain room to be modified and "sculpted" into the UU's image of a perfect soldier. They are then trained a day or so later, depending on how it's aging goes, and start to develop fast. After training is done, they are dispatched onto average vessels and drop pods, first destined to be the Front Line Core, then slowly settled to the "Elite Units," area. Usually, they are given plating that fuses into the creatures flesh, letting it be more mobile in the process. Most of the units are not designed to be front line troops, but stealth and "Royal Guards." When it comes to dispatching the troops, it's a high priority they do not get the wrong order, if they do, then all of them tumble. It is very rare, though, to get a Synthetic Unit confused, seeing they calculate in their "Minds" and find out where to go in said process of calculating. In the common day and age of Earth, it is rare for a Human to see a Synthetic Unit, unless an OTA themself or a Civil Protection Unit. If a Human does see a Synthetic Unit, its during the worst situation or the worst timing it could ever be in. Usually, the Human seeing the Synthetic Unit will either be the hunted or a Rebel. When Synthetic Units are sent out, they are usually sent in bundles of OTA's and CP's, if they arent, it's a Stealth Synth or it's one rebel it is hunting. If a simple Soldier is sent, it's likely armed with an AR2, if it's in bundles of Soldiers, it's a AR2 Ring-Leader and the rest would be weilding SMG's.
RP Example (25 lines minimum): (S = Synth R = Rebel.)
S: **(Synth) Cocks it's firearm, making a strange, audible noise, leaning against the wall.)
R: **(R) Turns around, slowly unholstering his pistol, backing up fast.
S: **(S) Spins from the wall, aiming at the Rebel and shouting a strange noise.
R: **(R) Drops his pistol, bolting his hands up. "Don't shoot! Don't shoot!"
S: **(S) Walks up to the man, pointing to the wall with its now free left hand.
R: **(R) Walks over to the wall, placing his hands on his back. "Alright, don't shoot!"
S: **(S) Chitters something into the Radio it has on its shoulder, waiting for a response.
?: CmD: "Amputate."
S: **(S) Quickly aims it's gun, not giving the Citizen time to react, and fires.
R: **(R) Lurches in pain, falling to the ground, screaming, then groaning.
S: **(S) Finishes the man off, shooting one round into his brain.
S: **(S) Nods in confirmation, walking off strangely, chittering a confirmating noise into the Radio.
S: **(S) Keeps walking, unloading the AR2's mag.
S: **(S) Snaps the old clip onto the magnetized belt it has on, grabbing a new one.
S: **(S) Audibly clacks the new mag into the AR2, cocking it.
S: **(S) Chitters something into the radio, translated into "Orders."
?: CmD: "Head to the Nexus for Stasis."
S: **(S) Chitters back in confirmation, heading to the nexus.
(One moment later, in nexus.)
S: **(S) Walks up to the pod, putting the gun in a holstered position in one arm.
S: **(S) Steps into the pod slowly, re-arranging itself.
?: i2: **(?) Pulls the lever, chuckling at the fact he saw a Synth soldier.
** The pod slowly closes, concealing the Soldiers face first.
S: **(S) Starts to breathe slowly, almost shutting down in a hibernetic sleep.
** The pod locks in place, slowly rising.
?: i5: **Walks backwards, letting the pod go up, and walks off the platform, radioing: "Synth Contained."
